Useful answers before you send a packaging enquiry

Tell us what you are packing, the target fill weight, bag dimensions, expected quantity, print requirement and required timing. A photo, marked sketch or current sample is useful. If some details are unknown, say how the pack will be filled, sealed, stored and handled so we can identify the next questions.

Yes. Start with the contents, filled shape, fill weight and packing process rather than guessing a format name. We can discuss whether a flat, sealed, gusseted, stand-up or resealable direction is relevant. A recommendation still depends on confirming the production details and intended use.

Digital printing is available for suitable smaller jobs, trials and changing designs. Some suitable orders may begin from 100 pieces, subject to format, material, print coverage and finishing. Send the quantity for each design and the bag details so we can check whether digital printing fits.

Send the editable production artwork if available and label every version clearly. Text, barcodes, product information and contact details should be final before proof approval. If you only have a draft or reference image, tell us; we will identify what is still needed rather than treating it as ready artwork.

We aim to reply to website enquiries within one working day. A complete brief usually makes the response more useful. Production and delivery timing are quoted separately because they depend on the product, quantity, artwork status, material and current schedule.

We focus on plastic bags, digital printing for suitable packaging jobs and single-layer pin-holed ketupat plastic. We do not offer cartons, labels, rigid containers or bottles. Send the intended use, size and quantity so we can direct the enquiry to the relevant product route.

Yes. A current sample can help show the construction, dimensions and print orientation you use today. Explain what should remain unchanged and what problem you want to solve. The sample should be supported by written quantities, use conditions and target timing.
